Can someone from customer service contact me? Ive tried everything to get my voice features on my watch to work including a factory reset. I think this watch just isnt working. When i try to contact customer support it sends me to Twitter. Please help me. I love this watch.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
