Walk data disappeared after confirming exercise

I have a Versa 4 that after a walk gives a list of statistics, but they disappear when I confirm that the walk has finished. Are these held somewhere so that I can review them later or compare them to previous walks on the same route? Are they held on the fictitious dashboard that we cannot access?

Also where is there a GPS tracking system on the watch if we cannot use it?

Am I missing something?
