Walk exercise not showing on my iPad or my Mac but it's on my Android phone

This is the first time I've had this problem. Went for a 4-mile walk this morning. Had bluetooth and mobile data on my phone (Samsung Android) running so it could sync properly with my Charge 2.

After my walk, my phone showed the route I walked on the fitbit app. Usually it syncs to my Mac or my iPad easily.  The activity shows up in my logged activities on the iPad and Mac, but it only shows the elapsed and start times.  It says "N/A" under the 'distance' column.

Any ideas as to why the map and distance aren't showing up on anything but my phone?

Hello @AndreaKS, let me give you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. I'm wondering if you can share a comparative screenshots of this issue? I would like to have a closer look to this issue since certainly is not a normal behavior.

Note that your information is stored in our serves and not locally in your phone. So all your data should be the same regardless of the platform you are seeing the information. Make sure you are log in to the correct account in case you have others. Also make sure your information has been successfully synced and compile on your Dashboard.

A way to refresh the data is to force quit the app on your mobile platforms.

See you around and I'll be looking forward to your response.
