Hi,
I've switched my fitbit to an Inspire 3 and now when I'm out a walk it records it as a run.
I've tried clicking on the workout, choosing the edit icon, this brings up the edit exercise page, however it wont allow me to change the activity type from Run to Walk, that appears to be set by default. I can change everything else if I wanted, time, duration, distance etc. Anyone know how this can be fixed? Thanks
Albeit I do walk at a fast pace! But want it tracked accurately.

I'm having the same problem. I'm using a Charge 5. It seems to be the app update. Any known solutions?

@Kimmy117 @Fyibsr51 Do you use an Android or iPhone? If there is an app bug, you will get more help in an app platform forum. This whole thread can get moved.
I suspect you use the Android app. I use an iPhone. You mention the edit icon, but on the iPhone there is a Categorize Exercise option that lets you change the name.

I use android phone. The edit button allows all info to be changed apart from the activity...

@Kimmy117 I moved this thread to the Android app forum, a better fit for this issue. You might get more help here and the iOS version works as expected.
