Wasn't able to enter the code when setting up fit blaze to my s7

Hi, So I'm new to the Fitbit world and I am not off to a good start so far 😕 when I was setting my blaze up to my s7 it missed the code that popped up to enter in, at first I was able to get all the info off my phone but now I cant. Does anybody have any tips that could help me fix my problem?

I would try adding it as a new device. It will ask if you want to replace the existing one connected to your account. Say yes and it should take you through the setup again.

Thanks I tryd that and when it connects to Bluetooth it says restart
problem is there anything you recommend me do to reset the device itself,
my brother has the same setup as I do and it works perfect for his I can't
wait to get mine going that good and thank you so much for your time!
