  • I charged my watch on feb 18, 2025. Today, Feb 20, 2024, I noticed that when I tap my watch nothing pops on. I thought it was odd. Later that night I tapped it again and nothing popped up

 I checked my samsung ultra 22 phone which showed my charge was at 90% but i still couldn't get anything to pop up on my watch. I went to hook up on my charger and I showed i had 7%.

I got this watch for Christmas 2024, I hope my watch isn't fizzling out on me.

Hi @Travelgirl1. Welcome to the community.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding the difficulty with your Fitbit.

I'm not sure if you are still having this situation. Please, if you consider that the device is draining the battery life, see: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

As @LZeeW mentioned, can you share with us wich Fitbit are you using? Did you see something popped up on the screen?
