My app is set to Fahrenheit but the watch only displays Celsius. I have changed it and synced all the other settings.

@RachelFac Welcome to the forums. I will gladly help you set up the right unit for the temperature on your device.
Please note that the unit of measurement for the weather app on your device has its own settings, apart from the one on the Fitbit app. Please do the following to adjust the unit for the temperature. Open the Fitbit app. Tap on your profile picture > "Device name" > Gallery > weather > settings. There you will be able to change the unit from Celsius to Fahrenheit. Once you sync your device, the settings will be updated for the watch as well.
Have a nice day!
