Weekly email report missing info

I have received my weekly email and have only been credited with two days activities etc and not the seven I have done.

I'd like you to double check that your Fitbit is syncing to your account, this to ensure that all your data is displayed. If you're experiencing syncing difficulties, follow this troubleshooting

Hi, I have had my watch since Christmas and have had no problem with syncing until Tuesdays email showed only two days and not seven,I can see all my seven days on my phone app but not on the email. I thought the problem was at Fitbit end .

Since the weekly report contains the data that has been recorded during the week, it's not possible to send it with the missing info. In this case, you may want to ensure your Versa 2 is syncing during this weekend and wait for your next weekly report.

Thank you I will do that. It was a big disappointment to receive the email, which I look forward as I find it very motivating.
