I've had extremely good luck with my Charge fitbits over the years..lasting 2-3 years.
I used to really enjoy getting my weekly progress report. Now I'm considering unsubscribing. Every week something is wrecked. One week images button disappeared. This week, dashboard button takes you to Google shopping.
A good report gone bad!
I just hope it doesn't happen to the app or product.

@Vaughnr007 I have a Fitbit One that is at least seven years old! However, I have lost access to all my history since August 26, due to Fitbit/Google app updates. Since the desktop dashboard is gone, and my device only records the current day statistics, the weekly progress report email is the only way I (and the other One users) have to view our progress. And I agree with you that it has gone seriously bad. I didn't even get the email on 12/2/2024 covering the dates 11/25 through12/1. On Sunday Dec 15, even though I met my step goal (and my streak was showing on my device as unbroken), I have a blue partial circle instead of a green circle with a white star in it. For Sunday Dec 29, there isn't even a blue partial circle, and I again met my step goal for the day, and the streak record on my device is in agreement.
I have also noticed that the dashboard button takes you to Google shopping. Since they took down the dashboard months ago, that button should be removed. I am not interested in purchasing any more devices since they have rendered my One nearly useless. The device works perfectly and is obviously sending the data to a server since the weekly emails have been correct (except for the Sunday data recently), I just cannot access any of it via the app. I used to think very highly of Fitbit.
