What is happening? I had this problem for quite a while then it recorded in full but now started to fail again. This renders the report useless

Thank you for informing us about the issues you experienced with your Weekly Report.
If you haven't done so, please try the following steps:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Reboot your phone
- Log back into the app
You can also uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
