Weight Number Changing on App and online to 0.1 less

After correctly entering my weight for the day, it changes the weight to 0.1 less. For example, if I enter 157, it will change it to 156.9. I've tried entering 157.0 to see if it saves it but it doesn't make a difference. This happens both on my phone app and through the online dashboard. Ideas?
