Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your Fitbit app. 

 

Before considering other options, please make sure to try the following steps: 

 

  • Clear cache and cookies for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings
  • Log out from the Fitbit app
  • Restart your phone
  • Log back in to check if you're able to see your weight information properly 

In addition, make sure to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.
