I did the migration today from my Fitbit account to my Google account and no years worth of weight tracking on an Aria scale is gone

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand how important this data is for you and I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Because it's been a few days since you posted, may I know if the issue persists? Also, is the Fitbit app updated on your phone?

In the meantime, please give a try to the following steps:

  1. On the settings of your phone, tap Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  2. Go back to one screen and tap Force Stop.
  3. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app. Then, reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  5. Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync and check your details one more time.
