I achieved my initial weight loss goal last week (yay me!). I changed my goal to my next milestone, but when I click on the Weight widget on my Android app the trophy is still in the way. It used to be that the screen showed (from top) the chart, then total weight loss/enter weight, then logged weights. Now that center part just shows the trophy. I know I can enter my weight using the plus in the corner, but I like seeing the my total weight loss!!
The only way I can get the badge to go away is to start a totally new goal with a start date of today. If I just change my weight goal, or go through the whole "Set a goal" walkthrough then change my start date back to my actual start date, the trophy comes back despite the fact that I'm not at my current goal. How can I get that trophy to go away while maintaining my original start weight/date?

Welcome to the Forums @Andrea256.
Thanks for bringing this up.
I'd like to take a closer look at what might be going on. Could you take a screen shot of what you see and then post it in here? That should help out.
In the meantime, I'd recommend that you try logging out and then back into your account after you have set your new goal. That should force the app to reload all information from the servers and might help with removing the badge from there.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

@LanuzaFitbit Screenshot above. As you can see, I've lowered my goal weight to 165 but it's still showing the trophy. If I click New Goal and let it change the date to today (or any day I am under 180, the previous goal) that badge goes away and it goes back to displaying the progress and the Enter Weight button, but the progress starts over, which I don't want. I know it's a little petty and doesn't impede functionality (since I can still enter weight through the +) but I like seeing that overall progress!
I've tried going on a browser and completely deleting the goal and making a whole new one. When I delete the goal, it sees that revision in my app right away, but when I add a new one and I enter a date where I start at 180+ lbs and today am below 180, it's like it's still seeing that as my goal weight and responding accordingly. If I set today's weight above 180, the badge will go away again. It's just not letting go of that 180 goal no matter what! I've tried logging in and out several times to no avail. Also, it's been this way since last Friday (5 days now).

@LanuzaFitbit Ok, so I didn't do anything yesterday, but when I logged in this morning to weigh in the badge was gone, and it was showing --.-- for progress. I logged my weight and it accurately showed my overall weight loss. I thought the issue resolved itself, but I just checked back in at the app to make sure it was still fixed before posting, and the badge is back!! My widgets were also not where I usually have them. I figured that meant the app was glitching, so I just uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, and now the badge is even bigger! It pulled the accurate weight goals that I want in, so it's not the old goal.

Hello @Andrea256.
Thanks for sharing those updates, troubleshooting steps and screen shots.
To be sure, maybe we could try to clear the app's cache. Maybe there is some leftover data somewhere on the phone that could be causing the badge to keep coming back every time.
Please give it a shot and let me know how it goes.

I have the exact same issue. Clearing the cache didn't help.

@LanuzaFitbitSorry, I didn't see your reply until @AKN212 commented. Agree with them, clearing the cache did nothing, it still shows the badge.

Thanks! you too!
Were you able to find some sort of fix? I basically just harassed someone through chat trying to get my goal set up. I think I found a solution with them...

@AKN212I still haven't found a solution yet. What did they tell you to do?

Basically you have to contact them and tell them to remove the extra trophies. It will take a while for them to actually do it, but the finally manually removed them.

Hello @Andrea256 and @AKN212.
Thanks for sharing those details.
In that case, like @AKN212 mentioned, having the support team get in touch with you would be best. I can reach out and have the team get in touch with you @Andrea256 if you'd like to have the badges deleted, which seems to be the best way to go about this situation.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
