What are your takes on my heart rate? *Already seeing cardiologist, just looking for general opinion

Hey everyone, I recently got my hands on a fitbit ~3 days ago and have been enjoying it so far. For a guy with a BMR of 30 (5'9.5", 210 lbs) my RHR seems fairly low at 55 bpm, age 28 male. I have been doing light-to-moderate exercises for the last 3 months and have kicked alcoholism to the curb a few months ago and cigarettes ~8 months ago. I take THC oil before bed.

The 4 spikes above 96bpm were from a workout, not from sporadically increasing while sitting. I'm more interested in the "out of range" fluctuations.

Does my heartrate seem erratic? I am currently seeing a cardiologist who doesn't seem overly concerned but the tests were done during intense alcohol withdrawals. It's been 4 months since any testing. I wont take any medical advice outside of my cardiologist but I am just curious as to how you guys view this.

Edit: I go to a poorly reviewed cardiologist who doesn't return calls and is way too busy to go in detail about certain things, so I'm unable to express my concerns to him or have my questions answered.

@AJMedeiros7 Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the detailed information shared.

Glad to hear that you've been enjoying your Fitbit tracker.

Resting heart rate is the number of times your heart beats per minute when you’re still and well-rested. Typically, resting heart rate ranges from 60-100 bpm, but the rate can vary based on age and fitness level.

Note that: several factors can affect resting heart rate: stress, alcohol or caffeine intake, or fever usually raise resting heart rate, while regular exercise or meditation can lower it. Air temperature and certain medications can also affect resting heart rate.

Take into consideration that it's always recommended to seek for a professional advise as Fitbit trackers aren't medical devices.

Hope this helps.
