What do the 3 segments on the caloric intake mean?

Thank you !  Follow-up question as several of the charts I don’t understand:  returning to the food caloric intake/expenditure chart and the circle in 3 segments, what do the 3 segments mean (I initially thought breakfast, etc.) and what does the solid line indicate relative to the total intake dot ?

Moderator edit: Subject for clarity.

You're welcome, @goldengator428.

Those three segments represent if you're either below your personal caloric zone for today (first segment), within your personal caloric zone (second segment) or above your personal caloric zone (last segment). You can also check this by tapping the Food tile in your Fitbit app where you'll find a bar graph representation on that.
More about tracking food with the Fitbit app can be found here:

How do I track my food with the Fitbit app?

I've moved our thread to the corresponding forum where you will find more audience concerning questions about the new Fitbit app.

Thank you. Now it’s clear.  I had thought the three segments were Breakfast Lunch and Dinner but it didn’t fit.  I like this feature and now I know !
