When will the Moto G6 Plus be supported

@SunsetRunner Thanks for sharing your feedback. I understand that the recommendation is not optimal but it is a way to get it to work.

@richelle1 Maybe you could try to follow these steps: 

1. On the phone: after seeing the Not Working screen, select "Try Again"
2. On Charge 3: open Settings > About > tap "Reboot Device"
3. Wait for "Found your tracker" screen on phone 
4. Enter the 4-digit code and complete the pairing sequence.

I have been doing this every day since I purchased the device.

Please tell what steps you use? I have tried every week for the past two months to get this to work. I love my phone and the Fitbit but I would love it more if they worked together. I am not a tech person and I find this technology fascinating and frustrating. I have tried every thing I have read and it just seems to be not work. Help is greatly appreciated.;
