When will the S9 Plus be compatable

When will this phone be compatible? I have not been able to connect my Charge HR for MONTHS! Come on folks I'd think by now you would have this issue fixed. I was going to purchase the Versa but I won't spend that kind of money on something I can't connect. Please get this resolved. There are MANY other posts from your customers who are waiting also.

Hey there @LGRESEN1973, thank you for your feedback and for visiting the Fitbit Community. with compatible devices we do not have an estimated timeframe of when are going to be compatible. Usually new devices are listed without previous notice.

Fitbit is compatible with more than 200 of the most popular Android, iOS and Windows mobile devices. The full list of compatible devices with confirmed compatibility can be found at fitbit.com/devices. If a device isn’t listed it doesn’t mean it won’t work with a Fitbit tracker or smartwatch. We routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit App, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models. A majority of Android phones running version 4.4 or higher will work with our products, however we cannot guarantee optimal performance on devices for which we have not tested and confirmed compatibility.

For some extra help regarding syncing issues, please refer to this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? Also, do not forget to review the new version of the Fitbit app for Android.

See you later and if I know of any new update, I will let you know.
