Hello

Same issue here more especially after the latest security update from July.

I tried to reset the watch and reinstall the app since I was not able to sync it anymore but I'm no more able to sync it now.

Is there a Fitbit beta application we could install for tests?

Thanks

Same here on Android 13 Beta 3 and 4 Synchronisation issue. Sometimes it worked, sometimes not. Hopefully it will be updated soon for a working status.

In general, fitbit does not try and keep up with the beta releases, waiting until the official version is released. Even then a few times it was an additional month before the kinks where ironed out.

I know that on the Android beta forum there is plenty of talk about BT Low Energy connection issues with the current beta version. It might not be something fitbit can fix.

If you have a Sense or Versa 3, have a look here https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Sense/Firmware-update-6-17/m-p/5208778#M56234

It may be the reason for the firmware update, to support Android 13, but if ever there is an announcement it's likely to only be

"This release includes bug fixes and improvements."

It's still broken. As it did before, the main issue is when connecting to Google Assistant. Not sure about notifications since I connected Google Assistant right after but syncing is now broken again meaning the update did not address any connectivity issues with the Sense
