Where do I begin? Customer 'service' that'll do

Well, here we are again! Still major issues with the Fitbit app on Android. Still nothing from Fitbit to say what they're doing about it. I suppose we're not hearing anything because apparently they're doing nothing about it, because if they were, the bloody thing might actually work! 😠

Seriously, are you even remotely aware of how annoyed your customers are and how many of us? 

I'd say I await your answer with bated breath but that would be a fatal mistake!

Hi,

You're lucky if you're not having problems, I'm having nothing but problems. Failing to sync, device not recognised, notifications not coming through, unable to change watch faces, sleep times not recorded. I'm basically wearing an overpriced, average digital watch. Funnily enough, pretty much the only notification I'm getting at the moment is from Fitbit, but even then they're not accurate or consistent.
I'd have been as well sticking with my G shock, it's at least a good watch I can wear in the pool.
The main issue, and I've seen this a lot on forums, is the lack of information from Fitbit regards what they're doing to sort the problems.
Hopefully your device keeps working!

I am desperate to get my Charge 2 syncing on my Samsung 6.It has done it twice now in about two weeks. It wouldn't be so bad but I have broken my arm and really need to know I'm keeping my fitness up.

'Support Services'  persuaded me that my old Charge HR was past help when i couldn't sync it, so i bought a replacement    - I feel a bit of a mug.

All Support do is send me chunks copied from the website, which of course I have already read and tried. It would be good to think a real person was actually trying to solve my problems.
