@Bronte, after you sync your Flex to the Fitbit app, you see all of your information on the app's tiles.

I have a galaxy A5 phone. Would prefer the results on my windows 7. So
much reference is made to windows 10. Will this work?

Just open the Fitbit Dashboard website on the Windows 7 workstation.
