I am fed up with the fitbit being useless. Can't sync for over a month now. Plus my Charge 3 had issues with screen flashing, having the wrong time, and not showing a clock face even. Is there any fitbit that works and has not had problems like these?

I see where your disappointment is coming from. The Fitbit app is compatible with most popular phones and tablets. To set up and use your Fitbit products and services, you must install the Fitbit app on a compatible device running Android 8.0 or higher.
Also, make sure you're following these tips to use the app on your Android phone.
In regards to the Charge 3 screen issues that you were experiencing, make sure a restart has been performed. Also, you could try changing the clock face.
