Hi,
I can't use the app in the evening. All texts are white color on white background. Any ideas how to fix it?

Hi @DexterStar - this is possibly due to night mode, blue light filter or something like this on your phone.
Phones may interpret this differently so have a look at the times such features are enabled and toggle them off to find which one.

This thing happens during the evening and night when the night mode kicks in.
The font changes to white but the background does not change to a dark theme.
What is the process of reporting a bug? Is this a common issue? Is there a bugtracker or something where it is possible to create the issue?

@DexterStar - it's not sure this is a bug.
You can post here which phone you have, which app version and what settings change on the phone at night and whether you use dark theme during the day on the phone, to get a better idea what is happening as this is not a common issue so may be specific to something with your phone or settings (that may simply need adjusting).

Xiaomi Mi 9, Android 10.
App version: 4.1 (40121071)
The feature is called Dark Mode. When it's ON - you get white on white in Fitbit.
All other apps honor these settings and change the background to dark in addition to the white font.
By the way, why I can't add screenshots? I receive an weird error when I try to do that:
The message body contains 23 - 10 - 16 - 00 - 18 - 34, which is not permitted in this community. Please remove this content before sending your post.
Apparently, for some reason you can't even add the following text without spaces: 23 - 10 - 16 - 00 - 18 - 34?

Oh, the filename cannot contain the following text without spaces: "23 - 10 - 16 - 00 - 18 - 34". That's a weird restriction. Here are my screenshots:

@DexterStar - thanks for the information, can you confirm there are no other night settings, such as blue filter, by switching to dark mode in the day time.
If it doesn't work then, you can contact customer support via help & support in the app or Support at the bottom when posting.
The minus sign restrictions is to stop phone numbers appearing but is applied to file names too.

Thanks.
I've already tried to contact support without any success.
And yes, I confirm that there is no other night settings. Turning on Dark mode is enough to ruin the interface. The issue can be repeated during the day by turning on the Dark mode.

@DexterStar Fitbit app shouldn't respond to Dark Mode (it doesn't support it) but there must be a bug somewhere. I can't reproduce this issue on my phone (Galaxy S22+). When I turn on the dark mode, the Fitbit app stays unchanged.

Well, apparently the font responds to the Dark mode settings, and everything else does not.
