Today is the first time that my Fitbit and Samsung app are way off. Fitbit says I’ve walked 6,488 steps and 1.19 miles. My Samsung Health app says I’ve walked 6,278 steps and 3.05 miles. The two Apps are always really close in numbers. I’ve synced and turned off my phone, restarted, synced again. How can this be corrected? Does Fitbit ever respond to any inquiries or is this just for customers venting?
