Why can't I see "Pilates" in my activities?

I want to log my Pilates sessions but I only see "Pilates, beginners" and I don't have "Pilates". How comes?

Hello @stefania_it.

Thanks for bringing this up. I'd like to take a closer look at the situation.

Could you share some screenshots of what you are seeing? That'd help me better understand what is going on and how to proceed.

Look forward to your reply.

If I try to add an activity, I have a list but I can't add a new one. And I only see "Pilates, principiante" which is beginners Pilates, and not "Pilates".

1- How can I add a custom activity? It doesn't work here on the the app.
2- I sync my Fitbit with Endomondo and "Pilates, principiante" becomes "Other" in Endomondo (not Pilates). I don't know if it's your app's or their app's fault.

Hello @stefania_it.

Thanks for sharing that picture and explaining the situation.

In this case if you type Pilates it should bring up the pilates activity without the need to create a custom one.

As for the Endomondo, it would depend on how Endomondo classifies activities synced from Fitbit. Given that the integrations are developed  by the third parties, they should be able to get a better look at what is going on and why it is changed.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

I opened this thread because I DO NOT see Pilates in my list, as you should see in the attached screenshot.
I see "Pilates, principiante" which is not "Pilates, avanzato" or even "Pilates".

So, my question is:
Where do I edit the list of those activities in order to add Pilates or whatever activity is missing?
Also: why didn't you reply to my questions? Why do I have to repeat the same questions again? Please re-read my second message.

Hello @stefania_it.

There is not need to edit the list given that it should be showing up on its own. It could be happening because it is set up like that  for the language. Could you try setting the language to English and checking if it shows up correctly?

As for creating custom activities, it can only be done on the website version of the Dashboard. You can find the steps listed in this help article, there you can get get the option to add a custom option.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
