Most users use these forums to ask for assistance with issues they are experiencing, so most posts tend to lean negative. Happy people have no need to visit help forums like this.

Hi @HENK2 , I agree with you, these boards are quite negative but I take @gdio53 's point that many people come on here to solve a problem. However, it strikes me that so many are trying to solve the same things eg synching, account issues and sleep data issues that it would be helpful if Fitbit could post a proper response to these common complaints rather than just saying the same thing every time. I find the non response just as frustrating as the complaint itself! Also, I recently posted what I thought was a very balanced response to a query about Garmin v Fitbit and it's been removed. It wasn't offensive or ranting but maybe showed each device in an an honest light. Who knows? This doesn't really feel like a community to me. I'm a little sad as I had such hopes for my Fitbit life!

@Goldsgirl . Google's purpose in buying Fitbit was to kill it off. They have succeeded in that BIG time. But guess what Google. I will never buy another Google product after this debacle. I've also already seen how they eliminate any mention or description of alternatives.
