Hi,
I haven't missed a logged work-out since april. In august my Fitbit (inspire 2) broke after a swim and I missed some days because I was waiting for my new one (Sense 2) to arrive. Since then, I haven't skipped a day. But whenever I want to look at the logged work-outs, they disappear. Sometimes right before my eyes when I open those stats. It's unfair, unmotivating and honestly a big flaw. My work-outs are mostly automatically recorded but ever since the new Fitbit, there are also work-outs I logged through the device. I hope this can be fixed. My app is up-to-date btw.

I've noticed this too, I am on android and have a charge 6. I log exercises on my charge 6 but they are nowhere to be seen in the fitbit app. Just able to see active minutes and full calories burned but cannot view my exercises.

I'm sorry I was wrong. My previous Fitbit was a Charge 6 too, the inspire was longer ago. Never had any issues with the Charge 6 though, issues started when I switched.

Excercise recording is broken on the Android app across a wide number of watch/devices.
These are some of the threads exhibiting the same symptoms/issue.
"Exercise tile not loading
Fitbit Today crashing on Pixel Watch 3
Versa 2 no longer recording exercises in app
Can't see logged exercises in app
Why do my work-outs disappear?
Exercise days
Fitbit app suddenly missing key information and other issues
Exercise day's tile not loading
Bug in Both Exercise and Food Tile
Fitbit app won't save my activities
Google having Trouble getting it Together
App Sync Failure
Recording exercise - historic records"
Id suggest raising a case as well to fitbit via chat/phone although the repsonse is likely we may fix it in the coming weeks.

Hello @K26why , @ewjck , @gavdi
There was a known issue on the Fitbit side that affected syncing exercise data and data discrepancies. A Moderator acknowledged the issue on 12 Sep 2024 and said the team was working on a fix.
I saw that one of issues that might have been a factor was recently fixed. However, I'm not sure that all the issues have been resolved yet. Even if all the problems have been fixed, it could still take some time for all our data to show up in the app.
Hopefully, it won't be too much longer before the problem is completely fixed. I know the fix can't come soon enough for all of us.

It is really annoying when you manually log an activity, save it, it is there, then it just disappears!
Fitbit Support told me last weekend that it would be 'unethical' to give me a timescale for the fix. Such a strange thing to say. Make of that what you will!
