Why does the app say ''fitbit charge 2 bpm resting''

I have the fitbit charge 2 on my arm, i can see my bpm when i click on the button of the fitbit charge 2 but i want to see it in the app. why does it still say ''fitbit charge 2 bpm resting'' its really annoying.

Btw: i did all these steps 

1. Tap Account on the Fitbit app dashboard.
2. Tap the tracker tile.
3. Tap Heart Rate and make sure it's set to Auto.
4. Sync your tracker.

Hello @Rickh1710, good to see you again. In your Main Dashboard you will be able to see on the resting Heart rat your BPM if your tracker is connected, since this information is displayed on realtime. But your tracker need to be in live mode for this information be displayed on your Dashboard. Otherwise it will display as follow:

You can access also on the Resting Heart rate tile to see your BPM in detail for each individual day.

If the issue persists, try to restart your app by logging out and restarting your phone or force quiting. Once you have done either of the two options, log back in and give it another try.
