Hi, which phone are you using? Can help you only when I know that.

i have experienced the same problem for the past several days. I have had to sync using my laptop. Running Android 8.0.0. I see there's an issue with Android 9.0.

I tried everything and finally uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone. It is syncing again for now.

The last synch was at 11:31 a.m. I have uninstalled and tried restarting. Nothing works. The same thing happened last month!

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:
02-09-2019 01:27
02-09-2019 01:27
02-09-2019 01:30
02-09-2019 01:30
Then it's time for the last step on that list - contact customer support

If customer support are unable to help then it's unlikely that we in the community will be able to help. It sounds like the end of your fitbit.

I have an LG V30 and have been experiencing this issue since I updated my Versa 3 weeks ago.
I've found the only way for me to sync is to unpair the versa from my phone. Open up Fitbit app and sync. For some reason that works for some period of time, then my phone automatically repairs with my Fitbit.

You're right, syncing issues are unfortunately very common.
In some cases it's just because people are using phones that are not on the list of supported devices (at www.fitbit.com/devices ). In other (most) cases they just stop syncing for no obvious reason. The list of things to try that I posted earlier can often kick things back into life.
If not, then that's where customer support come in. If they can't fix and you are still within warranty then they can organise a replacement. If you are out of warranty then a replacement is not possible but they often offer a discount towards a new fitbit.

Just sync it with the bin like i did. I had to give up, deleting and reinstalling apps and software. Factory reseting and closing data so that it could sync but there was nothing to sync.
One in a 100 times my ionic dyncs. If i could get that V down to one in 50 id have been happy.
