I've actually trued once more. Deleting the app and reinstalling it.

No better.

It syncs but ni data is sent

I'll just buy a Garmin and would encourage anyone to do the same  I've had issyes with the two fit bits I've owned  in the last 10 months. It's like a bonus when they sync. Microsoft laptops should really comminicate with futbit seeemlessly.

Life too i short! The Fenix five looks nice though.

Hello everyone.

I apologize for the delay in my response. Thanks for trying all of those steps to get your Fitbit to work.

In this case I'd like to ask some question:

  • What phone are you using?
  • When you try to sync with another device, does it work?
  • When did this start happening?

Look forward to your reply.

I'm using Moto G6 running Android 8.0.0. Once I uninstalled and reinstalled
the app, my issues stopped.

Hello @JGRenewed17@Grannielizzie1. and @Frankyne.

Thanks for reaching back with all of those details.

@Frankyne Glad to read that everything seems to be working correctly.

@Grannielizzie1. Could you confirm if you have tried all of the steps listed in this help article? If there are some steps that you have not tried, please go through all of them once again in order.

@JGRenewed17 In this case, it could be happening because the Moto G6 is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.

As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps I shared above could help.

If none of the above works, you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Hello @Grannielizzie1..

I apologize for the delay in my response.

In this case I'd recommend that you try running the set up as if you were using a replacement Fitbit. That might help in getting it all to sync again.

Keep me posted on how it goes or if you have any further questions.
