Best AnswerI removed GmsCore from microG, https://microg.org/, from my phone. Then I flashed GApps Pico from http://opengapps.org/ onto the phone. This solved this problem. So I guess it's GmsCore which hasn't implemented one of the Google Play Services APIs yet.
