Why total slept hours (Android) vs Average slept hours (iOS) in week/month/year graph

I switched from iOS to Android and i have found out that where iOS app would tell me average sleep hours in the customizable week/month/year view the Android counterpart shows instead total slept hours.

To me it does not make sense to show total hours slept as the easiest metric to ascertain the pattern is the average sleep time.

Thus.

Why is that difference between iOS and Android app?

Not sure @Elfary74 but is the week month view your looking at found on fitbit.com/sleep ? I'm unaware of any week/month/year view in the app?
