My Fitbit Ionic stopped updating to my app on my mobile since Thursday, the 8th. I tried everything and nothing worked

Hello @Oral by updating? 

Do you have an update to the Fitbit app that fails. 

Is it a firmware update with the ionic. 

Or is it that the ionic fails to sync through the phone. A sync goes through the Bluetooth LE not WiFi. 

WiFi is used for music, app updates, and firmware updates. The last two can also be done through Bluetooth. 

As for WiFi on the ionic, this only gets turned on while the ionic is charging.
