Hello there @Greenwood6024, nice to see you around in the Fitbit Community! I would like to know in which way is not syncing? Is the issue affecting the overall connectivity of your tracker with your phone?Also I'm wondering which Android  device are you using? Out of curiosity too, can you let me know what steps have you tried to resolve this issue?
