Hi 

 

1st issue: Anyone else experiencing this issue? When I joined Go Health Club I downloaded their App mywellness form Technogym. It says it is compatible with Fitbit App but for some reason it won't track all the exercises I do that are recorded on the mywellness App.

 

2nd issue: I walk a lot and the Fitbit App doesn't count my steps at all. Just looked into it and instead of allowing me to set up my mobile phone as a pedometer it deleted it when I tapped on it.

 

Please help! TIA
