So recently my Mother bought a Fitbit Charge 2, she connected it up to for phone and account. But she didn't want it anymore. When I made my own account I got everything working besides actually connecting the Fitbit Charge 2 to the app. I removed the Charge 2 off from my Mother's account. But it still isn't connecting. Does anyone have any tips or solutions that would help my Charge 2 connect to the app?

Even though you removed the fitbit from your mother's account, there may still be a connection from her phone to the fitbit that's blocking connection for you. Check her phone's bluetooth settings and remove/forget any links to the fitbit.
Also, have you checked that your phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?
