Won't sync after the first day

My fit bit was synced yesterday but today nothing is working it has a red :exclamation_mark: next to sync on the app. Anyone any advise 😌

Let me help you figure out what is going on and to get your Fitbit to sync.

 

The first thing I'd like to recommend is that you try to follow all of the steps listed in this help article. Following those steps should get everything to sync correctly again.

 

In the meantime I'd like to ask some questions:

  • What phone are you using to sync?
  • What Fitbit do you have?
