Won't sync charge hr since last update

I love my device and the app, at least until a few days ago. Since last update installed, the app claims my battery empty, even though fully charged, and will not sync. No problems for more than a year and now might as well not have it at all for all the good the app is to me. Using Samsung Galaxy Core phone.

A warm welcome to the Community @lrperry. If your tracker is not syncing, please check that your phone is a compatible mobile device. If it is, please follow our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your tracker should work properly.

Thank you! Prior to posting I had reset my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and fully charged my Charge HR. My phone was on the list of compatible devices as well. HOWEVER, the reset worked! I'm finally up and running again.

A warm welcome to the Community @lrperry. If your tracker is not syncing, please check that your phone is a compatible mobile device. If it is, please follow our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your tracker should work properly.

Mine won't sync since that last update & I have tried EVERY suggestion possible.

 

My phone had an update at the same time (Windows 10) & nothing will work.  I can only sync it via putting the dongle into my laptop.
