Won't sync with fitbit app

So my flex will notake sync with fitbit app and can't figure out why it won't. Location services are on Bluetooth is on and WiFi is on.. can anyone help?

Same here - it last synched at 1:02 pm cst. The battery registered low, so I charged it. I have deleted the app, reinstalled it. Didn't help. It's 2 years old.

Same here. i am so sick of this. I have been sitting here for 15 minutes trying to get my fitbit to sync with my Android app, again, as usual, as always and it says " update software" ( it is) yet will not show any stats or update. it sits and spins. this is constant and has been constant the entire time ive owned thus lemon. i have installed, rebooted, done the Busywork Drill any number of times and yet 9 times out of 10 its this all over again. Stairs never register correctly, i somehow burn 1365 calories upon waking automatically every morn. WHEN is this buggy andriod programming fixed? this has been an ongoing problem every update makes it break in new ways. why doesnt a product just work and simply transmit data? i dread having to even sync this thing or use it.

Did you get yours to sync? Mine hasn't synced all day and I can't figure it out...getting a little irritated

yes! I re-set my tracker.  when you are charging your fitbit, there is a tiny hole on the charger itself. stick a pin in it for 5 seconds and then check your app to see if it starts to sync.  I actually found a youtube video to specifically show where the tiny hole is. note: I have purchased extra chargers from amazon, and they don't have the re-set button.  only the original charger has it. 🙂
