Is the phone on the confirmed comparable list?
What OS is it running?
Why would removing a non syncing tracker from your account make the app start talking to the tracker. We still have to fix the sync problem.
Restarted the phone?
Restarted the Fitbit?
Removed the tracker from the phones Bluetooth?
Cleared the phones Cache?
Tried with WiFi and cellular?
I assume the tracker has only synced through one phone?
Best AnswerUninstalled the app, resynced the Blaze, worked for one day and hasn't resynced since.
Really need a GPS watch for running so I think fitbit is heading for the delete app bin.
My Charge 3 is doing the exact same thing. And yes I did do all of the above things. Bluetooth sometimes reads it sometimes doesn't and when it does it will not connect.
And my Alta is doing the exact same thing since the app updated. They've definitely broken something in the latest update.
