Workaround to fix syncing issues

Hi guys, I bought the blaze just over a week ago, had problems syncing with Samsung J3. Tried the official fix...which worked the first time...but wouldn't work after that. I was messing aroundo trying different things and removed blaze and blaze classic from my paired devices. ..and it worked !! Even though it is no longer listed in paired devices....in fact..I would go as far to say it seems to be syncing much faster now.

PS.....please hurry the release of vo2 max for blaze ☺☺☺☺

PPS....i forgot to say I also turned off all day syno and always connected.

How is it connecting without being paired?  I'm having the same problem with my LGG5

Hi there @Leea7189, thank you for joining to our Fitbit Community! My apologies for being absent this holidays and not posting anything that could address your concern.

It is possible to sync since the tracker is paired to your Fitbit account. In the previous scenario the tracker was removed not from the app but from the list of Bluetooth devices of the phone settings.

If you are still experiencing syncing issues please take a look to the following post for more help: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this). Although In this case we have to consider the LG G5 is not listed as a compatible device. Despite this doesn't mean it won't work at all, we cannot guarantee the behavior of the app or the tracker in relation to its functionality. Rest assure Our team is always working to test and add more Android devices to the supported devices list, so keep an eye open for updates!

See you later and let me know how it goes.
