I recorded my workout via the stopwatch icon in the app and recorded over 31 minutes. My online account shows under 30 minutes for the same workout on the 16th Aug at 7:01pm.
As a result my medical aid is not crediting me with any rewards as I need a minimum of 30 minutes to qualify.

I'm sorry to hear that your workouts are not showing the same on the app and in the online dashboard.
My recommendation would be to log out of both, the app and the online dashboard and then, log back in with your email address and password and see if this makes any difference.
Also, if this were a bug, it would be helpful if you could please provide a screenshot of how the activity looks on the app and how it looks on the online dashboard.
