Hi has anyone had the Altra HR burn their skin 

mine has and ive tried it on both wrists?

Welcome to the forums @HHesmer! It´s nice to see you around. Woman Happy Let me help you out with your Alta HR inconvenience. Thank you for letting us know that you have already tried both wrists in order to solve this.

 

I got in touch with our Support Team and they informed me that they are already assisting you. Follow their instructions and let us know how it goes.
