Wrong time/date.

I have traveled and changed time zones. My fitbit HR won't update the time and date. I have tired syncing multiple times. I have removed the fitbit from my devices and re-installed and it still has the wrong date and time. I am running the most current installment. What else can I do? I'm getting annoyed with it now.

@HonorineNZ, open the Fitbit.com Dashboard and go to the settings for Time Zone.  If it is already on your correct Time Zone, change it to a totally different zone and sync the tracker, then change it back to your zone and sync the tracker again.   If the display was not on your zone, change it back to your correct Time Zone and sync your tracker.

Thanks for the information, I have just tried this. When I changed to another predetermined zone and sync-ed, it said sync-ed to that time zone with date and time on the phone app but didn't change it on the actual fitbit watch. Then when I changed back to NZ time and sync-ed it's still showing the time and date from the fitbit watch as the sync time. So frustrating it's not working.

I was having the same issue with my Blaze... Yes, it's frustrating... What I just did was log into fitbit.com and went to my personal info and had to reset my time zone since i went to Korea. Then submit it then it automatically sync up and went back to the correct time... Hopefully this helps...
