Wyze scale not syncing

I've hady Wyze scale linked with Fitbit for a while and it synced immediately.   This week it stopped syncing.  It is linked in both apps.  I even revoked it and set it up again on both apps but still no sync.

 

Any ideas?

Hi everyone! I'm glad to hear that your scales are syncing again. 

If the issue persists or happens again:

  1. Make sure your Fitbit device is syncing with your account. For troubleshooting information, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
  2. Unlink the app from your account. For instructions, see How do I manage apps connected to Fitbit?
  3. Reconnect the app with your account. For instructions, see How do I connect Fitbit with another app?
  4. Make sure that Wyze app and Fitbit app have the necessary permissions to access and share data with Health Connects.
  5. Clear cache and cookies.
  6. Get the latest Fitbit app version.

Same here with renpho scale, last update in Fitbit saturady 17 May. Myfitnesspal, Google fit, and so on, all shows updated weight...

Same here! Looks like my Wyze Scale Ultra (Firmware Version: 1.1.8) stopped syncing last week.

I wonder if this is a Wyze or a Fitbit issue

Same problem here. Last synced weight was from Monday May 19. Nothing after that.

Same problem here. Revoked access on both, reconnected and still not syncing.

My hunch is that h]thus is a fit bit issue. People are having multiple devices not syncing. Not just Wyze.

Pretty clear a Fitbit issue as it quit working with multiple scales on the same day and one user even reported a chat with Fitbit saying they only support Fitbit Aria (which by the way does not work, which is why I bought Wyze) Wyze was working great for the last few years.

My scale is syncing again.  I didn't do anything, but it's working again on its own.
