Hello,

 

I just bought Fitbit Charge 2 and I cant pair it with my new redmi 3s phone with official MIUI8.
(I tried allowing location settings)
Is this phone going to be added to the support list in near future  ?

Is it even possible to pair it  with device outside the official support list ?

A warm welcome to the Forums @FiloT. Keep in mind that Xiaomi Redmi 3s is not a compatible phone. Please check our list of compatible mobile devices for any update. In the meantime, remember that you can sync your tracker with a computer or a compatible device.
