Xtra large wrist bands & customer service

I can't understand why there isn't an extra large option available and the lack of help from customer service. It does help explain why fitbit stock has gone from 40 down to 2 dollars per share. How is that employee stock ownership plan working out?

You didn't mention which Fitbit you have. If you need a larger band and Fitbit doesn't make them, you may need to go to a third party seller on Amazon. Customer support can't help you if an item isn't available.

My point is that it is dumb not to have extra large wrist bands.
