You clearly don't use your own app: why is battery level hidden?

Why is battery level hidden? And don't respond with "if you pull down you can check your battery level" 

 

Battery level needs to be shown top level of the app at all times. It's a critical statistic.

Do you mean the app or the display on the fitbit?

 

I guess in the app they need to consider that you may have more than one device so that may be why they only show the battery level on the devices in the account section. The app is also not ideal for battery monitoring as it only shows the battery level as it was when it last synced.

 

With some fitbits, as you say, you need to swipe on the main screen to see the battery but if the battery starts to drop too low then it shows on the main clock screen where it grabs you attention more.
