Zone minutes are not loading

My zone minutes have not been loading. How do I reset it?

To have a better idea about your inquiry, do you mean that the Active Zone Minutes' tile is not loading on the Fitbit app or that your device is not registering Active Zone Minutes?. In case that the tile on the app is not loading, you can try force stopping the app by going to your phone's Settings > Apps > Fitbit > Force Stop.
