My fitbit won't count my zone minutes properly and I should be doing 150 zone minutes a day but it only shows 13 zone minutes please help me.

Is your heart rate climbing when you exercise ? Or does it stay too low ?

Yes my heart rate is climbing when I exercise, but my zone minutes don't
climb up as much when I exercise.

Does your heart rate rise when you are jogging because if it is then I think your zone minutes will go up the more you exercise just like mine does when I'm walking.
